20 Healthy Living Tips for you Health


Here’s my beginner list of 20 Healthy Living Tips to help you maintain and get a lean whole body. For more information, look for our Publication Articles (or use the Search function on every page.)
  1.     Big Berkey H2o FilterAvoid microwaved foods, non-stick kitchenware and metal kitchenware (used in most restaurants as well as homes).
  2.     Consume half your body weight in oz. water everyday. Consume between foods, and finish your fluids 2 time before bed.  Use a reverse-osmosis water purification system, a Big Berkey water purification system, or buy Spring water.
  3.     Check foods labels for the word “hydrogenated” and remove all hydrogenated organic oils. Treatments, mayonnaise, “butter spreads”, cooked goods, cereal products, per-prepared, foods that are fried, and most restaurant foods usually have these.
  4.     Use grape oil, ghee (clarified butter) or remaining fat from pasture-raised foods for sautéing. Prevent heating olive oil and other organic oils – use them to taste foods after cooking. Choose organic oils rich in monounsaturated and low in polyunsaturates. Prevent maize, canola and soy organic oils.
  5.     Thank or blend crush, cauliflower, spinach and other clean vegetables for making them taste in a different way, lock up better, and get more nutrition per chew.
  6.     Buy and eat Pasture-Raised egg – the best egg you can find.
  7.     Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Replace foods made of starchy foods such as bread, grain, cereal, rice, beans and chips with vegetables. Prevent juice and excess clean fruit. Combine clean fruit treats with some fat and proteins such as organic cheese or almond butter.
  8.     Have a solid breakfast with lots of proteins and fat. Eat foods and treats at frequent periods every day.
  9.     Prevent bug sprays in the foods, your home and your yard.
  10.     Eat wild fish frequently (canned is OK). Take the finest great quality Omega 3 organic oils – Beverly suggests Rosita Cod Liver Oil. It’s got a light clean taste and a supplement of vitamins in organic form.
  11.     Real Natural Salt Crystals-eliminate Iodized salt and frequent Sea Salt. Look for Sun-Dried or Solar salt such as Himalayan Salt, or our Pink Salt.
  12.     Remember that soft drinks, granola bars, cupcakes, grain and soy milk products, sweets and apples are extremely rich in starchy foods and carbs (and therefore carbs calories). Sugar substitutes are no good either…
  13.     Never eat soy unless it is fermented as Miso, Tempeh or true Tamari Soy Marinade (Gluten-Free). Prevent all Gluten, and try going Grain-Free as well.
  14.     Walk at least 3 periods a 7 days for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep your pulse amount to 55% – 75% of your maximum pulse amount (determined by your age).
  15.     Prevent elector-magnetic field poisoning. Remove electric travel alarm clocks from your bedroom table (use battery powered instead). Don’t rest or work near a blend box or other electric appliances. Don’t put anything electric on or near your head. Use mobile phone guards dropping EMF areas.
  16.     Sleeping Child-sleep 7 to 9 time in a message dark bedroom; kids too. Use herbs such as Interest Plant to help calm the mind and whole body. (You can use our Interest Plant during the day too to help keep your busy mind under control).
  17.     Alcohol is genuine carbs and genuine calorie consumption, makes you rest badly, and keeps your glucose levels volatile.
  18.     Whatever you cook, create more of it! Double up foods and clean vegetables and lock up for later in a few days.
  19.     Girl enjoying the sunlight outdoors-get a lot of sun on exposed epidermis (but don’t burn). Or, take 2000 to 5000 units of Supplement D3 with a meal, daily, for life.   20.     Change your hair and healthy epidermis maintenance systems to remove Salt Laurel Sulfate, The paraben group, Wheat, and Perfumes.
